All orders over £249 in value will enjoy free delivery. Any orders under this value will be subject to a flat rate delivery charge of £34.95.
Commercial Vinyl Flooring
Orders for commercial vinyl flooring placed Monday to Thursday before 12 noon will be delivered the next working day subject to stock*. Next day delivery of commercial vinyl flooring is only available to commercial addresses. For delivery of commercial vinyl flooring to residential addresses there may be a longer lead time. Please contact us if you require further information.
Orders placed on a Friday before 12 noon will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holiday Mondays and Easter weekends will be delivered on the following Wednesday. Notification of delivery changes over the Christmas period will be published when confirmed.
*Some stock is held in remote warehouses and therefore may take slightly longer, possibly 2-3 working days.
In some instances orders placed after 12 noon may be delivered the next day. We do not however offer any guarantee that orders placed after this time will be delivered next day.
Domestic Flooring
Orders of domestic flooring (i.e. carpets, vinyl flooring, LVT, underlay and accessories) will be delivered next day if placed before 12 noon* Monday to Thursday.
*There may be geographical exclusions to this cut-off time. Please contact us if you require further information.
Should you require your delivery to take place on a future date we advise that you inform us of this at the time of ordering by using the notes/comments section of the checkout, delivery will otherwise be arranged for the earliest possible date.
We are unable to confirm or request a specific time of delivery. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries as the carriage of goods is by a third party and as such is out of our hands. In the unlikely event of a failed delivery we will endeavour to have the goods delivered on the next working day. In the unlikely event that your required goods are out of stock or there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order, we will contact you at the earliest possible convenience to enable you to either re-select or cancel.
Our delivery service covers most of the United Kingdom, however there are some exceptions; Northern Ireland, Devon, Cornwall, some parts of Lincolnshire, some parts of Scotland, some parts of Wales and all United Kingdom islands. We are unable to keep an exhaustive list of exceptions. In the event that an order is placed with a delivery address located within and area where we are unable to extend our delivery service you will be notified in the first instance so that the necessary action can be taken.
All deliveries are ‘one man’ kerbside only deliveries. Delivery drivers are under no obligation to take goods into a customer’s property, this is entirely at their discretion. Suitable arrangements should be put into place prior to delivery. We will cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries where suitable arrangements for the receipt of goods haven’t been put into place.
